Our Fees

Our Fees: Transparent, Fair, and Tailored to Your Needs
At Better You HQ, we believe that quality mental health support should be accessible and clear. Our fees reflect the personalised, expert-led services we provide to individuals, children and families. We are committed to delivering effective, evidence-based strategies that empower families and individuals to navigate life's challenges and build lasting emotional resilience.
Payment Due:
Fees are payable at the time of your session for in-person appointments or upon receiving an invoice, which will be sent to you via SMS before for assessments, reports, telehealth, or offsite sessions.

The cost of a consultation varies according to the type of service and the duration of the session:
Phone Consultation
Up to 15 minutes: No fee incurred. A brief consultation to discuss your concerns or clarify any questions you have before booking a session.
Initial Consultation - $189
The initial consultation is an essential first step in our services and support. This session allows us to gain a comprehensive understanding of your child through a biopsychosocial framework — exploring biological factors (development, health, temperament), psychological factors (thoughts, emotions, behaviours), and social influences (family dynamics, school environment, peer relationships). This foundational work ensures that any intervention moving forward is targeted, informed, and tailored specifically to your child and family. Note: children do not attend this first appointment.

Standard 55-minute Consultation - $139
Individual or parent/carer 55-minute session.
NDIS Participants - $156
NDIS Therapeutic Support
Card Charges:
1.9% POS transaction paid by card in clinic.

Free Consultation Offer
We understand that starting therapy can be a big step, which is why we offer a free 15-minute phone consultation. This is a no-obligation opportunity for you to ask questions, learn more about how we work, and determine if we are a good fit for your family’s needs. During this conversation, we’ll discuss your concerns and explore how we can support your child in the most effective way possible.
