Our Fees

Our Fees: Transparent, Fair, and Tailored to Your Needs
At Better You HQ, we believe that quality mental health support should be accessible and clear. Our fees reflect the personalised, expert-led services we provide to individuals, children and families. We are committed to delivering effective, evidence-based strategies that empower families and individuals to navigate life's challenges and build lasting emotional resilience.
Payment Due:
Fees are payable at the time of your session for in-person appointments or upon receiving an invoice, which will be sent to you via SMS before for assessments, reports, telehealth, or offsite sessions.

The cost of a consultation varies according to the type of service and the duration of the session:
Phone Consultation
Up to 15 minutes: No fee incurred
A brief consultation to discuss your concerns or clarify any questions you have before booking a session.
Initial Consultation
An initial consultation is always the first step for our services and support. We recommend that children should ideally not attend, and this is because it is so important that we are able to discuss and share information with you freely. It also gives you an opportunity to express yourself honestly and authentically.

Free Consultation Offer
We understand that starting therapy can be a big step, which is why we offer a free 15-minute phone consultation. This is a no-obligation opportunity for you to ask questions, learn more about how we work, and determine if we are a good fit for your family’s needs. During this conversation, we’ll discuss your concerns and explore how we can support your child in the most effective way possible.
